Agree on the preponderance standard - as this is a civil case not a criminal case.
But they have to file the actual and legally admissible evidence in the trial court or else there is nothing for the trial court much less
Georgia Supreme Court or eventually SCOTUS to review.
In Pennsylvania they only need evidence of mail in ballots received AFTER 8 pm November 3.
Then it is just a matter of proving how many - it is going to take over 80,000 such late votes to overturn Pennsylvania.
They overturn those two states and Trump wins.
Even if they had legitimate evidence in those two states and somehow manage to flip them that is only 36 Electoral votes. Biden still wins with 270 and is the President. It is going to take more than Georgia and Pennsylvania and the first step is actually producing any legitimate evidence.
