If the voting machines have a PLC then there could be an algorithm programmed within, which would be stupid, or they could be manipulated externally. All I know is if the machine CAN in anyway possible controlled remotely then the votes need to be thrown out.


They have to have a Programmable Logic Controller to run as they are supposed to but can have a subroutine programmed in once it reaches a certain count on one side or the other
