I’m going to ping out a simple issue of legal procedure. That is a complaint. It is not evidence. It contains allegations, which may prove to be true. However, complaints taken alone always make a case look strong. That is what a complaint is designed to do. It sets out your allegations. You have to later prove those allegations. The defendants answer the complaint. They file their dispute of the evidence and the court or jury decides whose alleged facts are true.

If you guys think filing a complaint means she is going to win, you are so far off base it isn’t funny. One of the first things I was told it last school if you can sue anyone for anything. That doesn’t mean you will win.

I hope she actually has evidence to back up her claims. By the way, affidavits are not going to cut it.

doekiller, you whined yesterday about her not filing a complaint. She filed a complaint and now your still not satisfied. We all get it, it has a legal process to go thru. Nobody has "spiked the ball". Are you going to belittle every single thing she does? Your proving why most people detest your profession.

No, you guys continue to say she was going to “prove her case”, she was going to “file her evidence” with the court. What I’m saying is, you guys don’t have a flipping clue. You listen to a press conference and think she has proof because she says so. That is what is humorous. You only believe it because it is what you want to be true. You want it to be true so it must be. I want it to be true too. But, that isn’t the way the world works.

Oh and, I really don’t give a rip what you think of me or my profession.

What is the possibility that the actual voting machines can be obtained, with the same software loaded on them that was used during voting ? IF, a huge IF, this can be done, and a computer forensic expert finds that there was indeed coding that subverted votes, would this be evidence, doekiller ?

Went through and read some of the “Kraken” she filed against Georgia. The spelling errors and stuff don’t bother me because I’m sure she was rushing for a deadline but what was troublesome was one whole exhibit of “evidence” was screenshots of tweets from a Trump staffer. I mean c’mon y’all let’s be level headed here and just think.... if Hillary Clinton had tried to get Trump thrown out of office with Tweet screenshots I would have laughed my butt off. Just doesn’t seem like she was able to deliver on her promises.

Honestly what it looks like to me is they’re stalling the concession so they can keep open the campaign accounts and rake in donations. It reminds me of when Delphi went out of business and they sold stock to the employees at a discounted rate of $17/share. Two months later it froze at 45 cents a share because they bankrupt their North American operations and used the money from the IPO to payoff their foreign plants.

Same thing here. They’re dangling a bone so Trump and the RNC can get their money back and once they have enough they’ll concede.

If that hypothetical happened and if that hypothetical evidence was presented in a court of law, that would be evidence. I can’t say if it would be enough evidence by itself.

The evidence needs to be more than affidavits and expert opinion. Frankly, the affidavits are not likely to be viewed as very credible by the court without something more. The testimony of those individuals who provided affidavits almost certainly be required. They will be subjected to cross examination and investigation. If you could win a case with affidavits, no one would ever lose.

Bingo. It even says so in the fine print for the trump lawsuit fund. But, I disagree that trump will concede.
