I think the science is there but I think to get the full effect it would need to be in an enclosed space. I have a hard time believing strapping it to a tree would have the results.

I’ve used them for a few years now and have had success with it. Not a 100% but have had deer straight down wind several times that never spook. I hunt places only when I have the correct wind for it but as deer do they will appear from a different direction and that is why I use it trying to cover all bases.

I have a HR300, I bought it from a guy that got it as a present and never opened it. I paid him $75. I thought for that much I’d give it a try. It does work but is not a “end all, be all”. It will never work on a windy day against the wind. However, I hunt a lot of hardwood bottoms that the wind blows one direction one minute and opposite the other. It is perfect in these situations. Ive had deer move right under my stand with the wind blowing in their face and never know I was there. So these do have their place. I also use mine at home. I have a closet I use for nothing but Hunting cloths. Ill put this in the closet every day or two and let it run until the battery runs down. Its amazing how it will eliminate odors in that closet. This was a closet that hasn’t been used in years, had that old closet smell. After running the Ozonics all night, it was odorless. I am a believer in these things but not sure I would pay retail for what they cost new.
