I'm never without Buffalo Trace and Bulleit Rye. I like to buy and try different stuff but those are always on my counter. You are truly in need of good whiskey. I feel sorry for you. From the guy who drinks Crown for his daily drank

yeah....when I see/hear someone say Buffalo Trace is "swil" but thinks Crown is great, I automatically disregard anything else that person says with regard to alcohol.
Buffalo Trace is what I'd call "good, not great"....maybe on the upper end of the average spectrum. Crown Royal isn't bad, but it's not especially good either...

Still like my bourbon, but don’t drink it daily. JD, GD, & M&M are in the cabinet. Makes some awesome eggnog, or bread pudding sauce during the holidays. I’ve opted for some Tito’s with a little vermouth and olive juice as a daily drink. Aka...dirty martini.

My "go-to" bourbons are one that I consider generally available, so that limits things greatly. Buffalo trace Eagle Rare Makers Mark Willett 1792 BIB Wild Turkey 101 Russell's Reserve
some of my favorites are not often available, but if they were they'd be my go-to's Blantons (any of the series) EH Taylor McKenna 10yr BIB Weller Pikesville rye Willett Rye

I keep a bottle of buffalo trace for special occasions or when company comes buy, but any other time, I drink like a cheap date. A bottle of peach Jim Beam makes me happy.

Crown Royal Apple on the rocks. Great for sipping while watching TV.

Sorry dude. No fruity drinks for men.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

Sorry dude. No fruity drinks for men. No worries, I'm old enough to drink what I want. Got nothing to prove, no one to impress. My first memory was taking a drink from my Dad's can of PBR. I was probably still in diapers. Later in high school I drank Boone's Farm and Annie Green Springs wine... got the discriminating taste buds of a yard dog
