To me the Supreme Court took the "United" out of "States". Just let every state do as they wish, even when it affects the election that governs ALL states. This is the definition of confederacy by the way.

Tell me more about how you'd like to give other states the right to intervene in our law making process. Your an idiot if u don't think this fraud won't affect the laws we have in place here now

How can anyone be surprised that a conservative SCOTUS upheld states' rights? This is what constitutes conservatism.

Somebody smarter than me, read about the 20th amendment and a JCCIC joint congressional committee on inaugural ceremonies. They supposed to hold the key to who is to be called President elect and has so far refused to acknowledge Joe and Kamala.

Tell me more about how you'd like to give other states the right to intervene in our law making process. Do you even understand what the lawsuit was about? Those states violated their own election laws and state constitutions in order to be able to give Biden the wins. That’s what the lawsuit was about. By violating their own laws, they disenfranchised the other states that followed theirs to the letter of the law.

And yet TX failed to demonstrate injury which is a constitutional requirement under article iii for any federal lawsuit. Furthermore, there is no provision in the constitution for TX to sue another state like PA over PA state law. 0-9 on merit, 2-7 to hear the case but not grant relief. This was never going to fly.
