These pics aren’t the best but its apparently the only ones I took of this jaw bone…..….hope you can see it well enough to make a guess…..How old do you think this doe was? It’s by far the most wore down teeth on any deer I’ve killed.

Both deer were killed in the same field......That land had some pretty good age structure

I'm gonna say she's closer to 10 years old but that could be off......I've never seen teeth wore down flat like that.....Will they wear them down completely at a certain age?

Not near as worn as the one I killed at Kinterbish WMA a bunch of years ago. The area biologist wrote down 10+ but he said it was likely 13 or more. A couple of them were so worn I thought they were missing at first. She seemed to be the lead of a group of 6 does. I'm sure she was a Great, Great, Great Grandma.
