I used speedzone in Gadsden. Same people. They are all extremely nice as for as people. Starting my story: I called and asked if they had a pioneer. They said they did. I told them chatanooga had them fit 16,000 it the door. They told me they had never seen a price they wouldn't match, so I drove to Gadsden. Wait on a salesman for 3 hours (this was in May when everything was booming). They finally get to me. I should be there easiest customer ever. Good him I wanted a Honda pioneer 1000-5, I had called earlier. So he asks what package, color, all that stuff. Told him I honestly didn't care if it was pink. I had cash and a trailer, just pull one out. (I had been searching and they were hard to find). So, he "runs the numbers " tells me 17,000 is it! No way they can do 16. Talk to the sales manager, tell him how aggregated I was, but stay nice about it. He says no way, s, since I was there all day and it was too late to go to Chatanooga, I told him I would meet at 16,500. He calls the owner on speaker phone and explains the situation and they agree to it. They both claim to be losing money. Then they tell me the only one they have is camo, which is a $500 upcharge. They didn't charge me extra, so this puts me even with Chatanooga. After all that, it was in a crate in a warehouse. Told me it would be next week. Keep in mind, I had taken off work, borrowed a trailer, and it was birthday (not that that matters). I told them if it wasn't ready by closing the next day I wasn't coming back. They agreed. It all worked out in the end. However, they will not answer a phone for service. If you call a salesman and have them go get someone in person, you can get through.

Having said all that, if you buy from them, pm me. If you give them my name, I get $100.

Long story short, good to buy from if your prepared to argue. Horrible service after sale. If your a first responder, 10% off on all accessories.

I'd tell them I consider tires, an engine, and body to be accessories then.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I would still buy from them, mainly because there isn't anyone else. Just have to have your ducks in a row before going. The service area is where they're lacking. Even with that, once you get through, you make a scheduled appointment. They are quick with the work. I had to have a recall check looked at. I called for two months, even leaving messages. Finally went through a salesman, and was scheduled for 3 weeks out. The day I was scheduled, showed up and they pulled it straight in. Picked it back up an hour later. If they would answer the phone, it would help a lot.

When it was Cycle World, I bought two new atvs from them. David Hagan was salesman. Owners did not give a chit less whether you bought from them or not David did though and worked his ass off to get the sale. When Grizzlys came out, I went in there to buy a new one and trade my big bear in. They held to retail on grizzly and cut my nuts off on trade value. I told David he had one more shot and go ask owner. He came back with him and he told me they really don't have to do anything since these are so popular. I said fine by me I am gone to Smith Brothers. Gerald wanted my business and it showed. They day I picked up the Grizzly, I drove back to cycle world and parked on the side so they could see it. Went in and talked to Calvin in parts for about 2 minutes and started walking out. David started walking up to me as I was about to hit the door and I just pointed. I told him go tell your boss there is the one he did not care if he sold or not.
