If you believe in masks and you believe the science they are feeding you then the ones with a mask should’ve been protected from covid. Are you saying that the virus came through their mask? I mean there’s no way that can happen. The science says a mask is the answer to prevention, right? Logical thinking would tell you that if it can come through the mask your wearing then the mask doesn’t work. I think you’re about 3/4 liberal anyway so nothing will change your mind.

I'm zero liberal. The scientists have said from the fuggin beginning that the mask does not keep you from getting it, it helps prevent you from spreading it. And if 2 people are together and both are wear mask, that is optimum protection.

Its amazing how a slight difference in opinion causes folks to label you. and some to wish you didn't exist. I've had covid. Pretty rough case for a day or 2, gave it to my wife. She hot pretty sick. Both still suffering some effects.

I've told my experience before about caring for my very sick 84 yo mother when she had covid. I spent many hours is close contact with her while we were both wearing mask and I didn't catch it. Every Other caregiver she had who doesn't believe in mask and told my mother she didn't have to wear one when they were there because it's just phuckin government overreach caught it, 4 hospitalized, 1 died.

I caught it a couple months later when an uncle of mine stopped by my work and wanted to talk. We went outside and sat in his truck. We were masked until he could wait another minute to smoke a phuggin cigarette. He proceeded to remove his mask and puff away and shoot the shucks. I should have got out but l hadn't seen him in years. 2 days later he's calling me and letting me know he's positive. 3 days later I'm positive.. luckily my wife and I didn't get severe, and thankfully we were able to recover in time to see the grand baby at Christmas.

I base my opinion off my personal experience. If you want to call me liberal or what the phuck ever. Have at it.

I've had it. Got it back in October. Missed 2 weeks of work. It was an extra 2 weeks paid vacation for me. I lived at the hunting camp and hunted the whole time. It was great. Hell, I hope it get it again towards the end of January so I can get 10 more days off paid.(CDC changed it to 10 now). It's such a damn fake joke of an illness i hope i get it several times in 2021 so I can get more paid time off.

I am fully convinced the mask are useless. We have been wearing them for months now and cases are going up. I believe it is spread through touch more than we know. Example. When you go to the grocery store, you pick up items that have been handled by a loader and unloader plus the person stocking the shelves. You pick them up and and then the check out person handles the item and sometimes a bagger. When you get home you handle them again. Is every person in that chain sanitizing their hands properly. Probably not. Same principle with bank transactions involving checks. Just my uneducated observation.
