If hospitals were not given a bonus pay day with corona patients, I wonder if they would still be full... With 100% certainty, yes! They can't even find enough people to work. They are beat down and wore out. Having to deny patients that you know you could help would not happen if it could be prevented! Not everything is a conspiracy.

Believe that shot if you want to. As long as they are getting a bonus pay day, they will be full.... Maybe, but I don't know how much they are profiting. They have been advertising $65 to $80 an hour to bring nurses in and out of retirement. That's a lot of overhead. Not to mention ask the other costs. Maybe they are making more, but they aren't killing people to do it. An admin may would, but no way you get all the nurses involved.

The Hospital system I work for is offering a $10k bonus to employees that refer an RN and said RN hires on and works for 24 months. The RN will get a bonus as well.
So do you know an RN that needs a job or wants to transfer let me know please?

The virus is airborne.
I urge those willing to wear a mask to increase their mask quality. When the pandemic kicked off, N95 grade masks were scarce. They are now available to the public, but the message has not gotten out.
You do know that the virus particles will pass right thru a n95 mask like a mosquito through a barb wire fence don’t you? N95 is infinitely better than most of the trash people are currently wearing but even the filtration capability Of the n95 is still not sufficient to prohibit the particles passing through it. It also doesn’t work effectively unless it is completely fitted and sealed on your face which none of the ear loop masks wi ll not do. If it makes you feel better, wear it but don’t trust it to protect you from Covid. You should see people’s response when I tell them a N95 is a construction grade mask meant to prevent dust particles, silica etc. And these guys you see wearing mask with full beards that hold them 2” off their face are clueless as well. Not true, a N95 filters out particles .5 microns and larger. While the virus itself is .1 - .5 microns, the droplets it's carried in are 5-10 microns in size. The only accurate part in the above quotes are fitting of the masks are critical. Covid is 0.12 microns. You are using the assumption that it is transmitted only through droplets and not airborne. The N95 is serving as a sneeze guard.

Gman, the one you wear is to protect other people. I’m going to ask this simple question. What makes the interior side of the mask stop the passing of the virus compared to the exterior side. If I’m wearing a mask and you aren’t shouldn’t I still be protected? How does the mask work in one direction but not the other?

Got a good one for you all to think over........My aunt just passed from Covid, and yes, elderly, bad health. The flu or probably even a bad cold would have ended with the same results. But, get this, while she was in ICU, the family was trying to understand the protocol for who was to be with her while she was there or even in the event of her passing(last minute visiting). Hospital plainly and clearly replied, "visiting hours are ....., anyone that wants to come, can". Now, 4 more family members are positive and sick. Why would the hospital not restrict Covid patient visits if concerned about spreading the virus? This whole thing just isn't adding up , just doesn't make sense to me.

Sounds like the hospital had some hourly dipshucks responding to emails. I bet if you bring it to their attention, they will have a new dipshicks responding tomorrow

Or says in the good book to" love they nieghbor" I guess you dont read that book. Huh? How does that apply here? I would assume, wesr the mask to protect others? Thats about the dumbest crap ive ever heard. You can feed your neighbor when hes hungry, help him fix his house when the storm blows his roof off, help him pay for his sorry brothers funeral who died with no insurance, pray for him every night when hes going through a hard time. Then here comes some karen who dont even know who her neighbor is saying you dont love your neighbor because you dont wear a mask. All i have to say about that karen is before you say i dont love my neighbor, go ask him if he thinks i love him.
