Stopped by there a few months ago. Only one other truck in the lot. Sign on door said don't enter without a mask.
So I didn't. I got back in my truck and left.
I've been in there a couple times before the China flu BS. Maybe one other customer in the store in those instances.
Doubt they don't answer the phone because of a line of customers... I’ve only been in there one time, as they seem like very nice people. My issue is, they are almost an hour away from me, and I’m not going to drive that far without knowing you have what I want. That’s really why I quit shopping in there, as they would never answer the phone. I know they don’t need my one little business, and I understand how people are talking about customers are first in the store, but this has been multiple instances of calling and no answer. Also, there are days where they’re not open, local, so I don’t know.

Customer at the counter can see you are busy, customer on the phone can’t. Can’t make everyone happy. The customer in the store has money to spend, the person on the phone might just be asking for the number to Bass Pro.
