Doubt they don't answer the phone because of a line of customers...

I’ve only been in there one time, as they seem like very nice people. My issue is, they are almost an hour away from me, and I’m not going to drive that far without knowing you have what I want. That’s really why I quit shopping in there, as they would never answer the phone. I know they don’t need my one little business, and I understand how people are talking about customers are first in the store, but this has been multiple instances of calling and no answer. Also, there are days where they’re not open, local, so I don’t know.

From what I understand, this business was born from a long range shooting/reloading hobby. So, it may very well still be a quasi-hobby for the owner. It is what it is. I'll keep doing business there because they're friendly people, it's five minutes from my house, and they still only charge $25 for a transfer.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking them. I wish I was closer and it wouldn’t be a issue.

Understand that. Maybe they just didn’t have their supply chain in place for the demand. A supply chain for a hobby and an attempted tax write off is totally different than setting it up to make serious cash.

I like the old guy. He seems pretty knowledgeable, like most other small businesses, I think this damn China Virus has had bad effects on his business.

The customer in the store has money to spend, the person on the phone might just be asking for the number to Bass Pro.
