Two weeks ago I sent a pair of Burris binoculars in for repair work(missing eyepiece).Today I received a brand new pair of their Droptine binoculars.That was great service for a 20 plus year old set of binoculars.Quick turnaround and my only expense was the shipping to them..Burris states they have a "Forever Warranty."Not too many companies honor that.

I had a similar experience with their customer service on some flip up lens covers for my binoculars. Excellent customer service and quick service
