I was guessing 14 but I forgot about layering.....

My 5 yr old caught his finger in door couple weeks ago they put stitches under his nail then sewed nail back on  ![[Linked Image]](https://i.postimg.cc/qvfpmcF3/20210131-151321.jpg) Good Lord I bet that hurt. How's he doing? hate for a little fella to have to go through that. Hes doing good he had his 1st tball practice yesterday and he performed well and didn't show any signs of hurting...I just thank God he still here cuz he almost drowned a couple years ago n spent night in hospital... Hope that cut heals up fast for u, it sucks it being right there where it's at...

AC, I agree. Twice. That guy is a butcher and I'd find a new Doc. I think I could have done a better job sewing that up.

Man that sux! Had a similar cut on mine from opening a wine bottle (some home made scrawberry) one time. Inside of your hand in that particular area is purty neat looking lol. Hope it heals up good & fast RK!

Dang it Roadkill and I was expecting to see you on the creek yesterday!!
It was a great day for getting out. Water still low? I went out in a canoe a couple of weeks ago and except for the channel there was no water out there.

What don't I know about a cedar tree?? How did a cedar do that? The limbs on a cedar tree grow from the ground all the way up. The lower branches don't die off as the tree gets mature. As deer and whatever get up against them these dead limbs break off. The length depends on the break point. Some can be long and will bend. Others break off shorter and are like sharpened spikes. When I fell I grabbed for a tree and it went in my hand. Then as I fell ripped it open. That's why the flap that had to be stitched back on three sides.
