So where would be the correct point to apply pressure? What is the supposed purpose of the board? Board members are appointed correct? If that is the case, they don't answer to you and it's pointless to complain to them. You have to get past the appointees until you get to someone who needs votes to hang on to there job. Who is that person? That's who you need to worry to death about it.
