The article says landowners can now but they want to set a season and sell permits to everyone. Yeee haa lets find something else to sell permits for. Nah, I’ll keep doing my thing. Absolutely. I guess it might be a little different for folks who lease but I happen to have a 200 acre back yard and I will "target practice" anytime I please day or night and decide what type "target" I shoot. I certainly wont be buying a permit to do so. All of this is getting ridiculous No you won't.....None of the game is yours.......You're not gonna go out and shoot a duck or a deer just because you please.....Folks talk a big game but you will get fined just like anyone else if they decide to do so. I didn't mention anywhere that I wouldn't get fined or was above the law.
