Read paragraph 2 parts A,B,and C. allows you to haul a carcass with a permit. hallb this order is from 2019 nothing has changed. You aren't reading it right, they're saying sorry, can no longer do the permit process. This is new, look at the dates and read it a little closer: However, the rule amendments do not include the permit option allowed under FWC Executive Order 19-41 to import whole deer or high-risk parts from properties in Georgia or Alabama provided certain requirements are met.
