Got out and about around Atmore a while ago. All gas stations open with no lines. One or two cars at each of them.

I drove down to Pensacola and back today. Topped off before I headed back . I saw no issues or anything out of the ordinary.

I'm in the other corner of the state from where I live, so I topped off my tank in Creola today, so I can get back home on Thursday.

I had to fill my transfer tank today to top off a compressor for work. Had to stop at 2 stations to get all 100 gallons. Got a lot of dirty looks, but 100 gallons aint even a hard day for me. 850cfm compressor burns thru it quick, not to mention a couple welders, a lull and a light tower tonight. Oh well. I guess we will see what tomorrow brings. My old red dodge is full, 35 gallons in the factory tank and another 75 in the toolbox tank, I can go a LONG way on that much fuel with my little ole 6 cyl.

Pine line down was the lead story on local news - Dothan - at 5PM. Then stated should be no shortage in SE Alabama while showing longs lines, panic buying, and that some stations were out, and that some fights had broken out, this just added to the problem.

I fill up every 3-4 days usually. I can get 4 days to work on a tank but it's pushing E hard the morning of day 5. Mapco in Hampton Cove was out of gas @ 5pm this evening, Wal-Mart gas was backed up out in the road. Circle K in OCR has 20 pumps and all were lined up when I came by there this evening.

Wife was on E tonight. Walmart out of gas. Circle K up the street was a damn circus. Cars lined up or parked on all crazy ways at pumps. About 25 cars all trying to get gas and I said said to heck with it. Went down the road to Marathon where I knew I was gonna get reamed. Indeed. 2.99/gal. $58 later she has a full tank. 🤬

Didn’t a Pensacola distribution center get shut down for EPA violations recently as well?

You'll be fine. Filled up in pearl MS yesterday, plenty of open pumps. Filled up in meridian tonight, plenty of open pumps.

Yes...TransMontaigne. It's a gasoline vapor pressure issue, but from what I understand, the EPA has begun issuing exceptions on the vapor pressure specs for the time being due to the pipeline crisis.

Panic buying and hoarding are the larger issues in Pensacola, too.

I know one thing. Somebody wants panic. They want hasty decisions to be made.

That’s how I’d get money out of circulation to control inflation. If a politician was a real man of the people; he’d take billions in bribes and kickbacks and burn the whole pile of it on national TV.

Just stopped off at the Mapco and filled up at $2.69 on high test. They were out of regular and mid grade. I think the price for regular was right at that same price recently. They might have dropped the premium price to make up for being out.

Nothing outta the ordinary here in the tiny kingdom. No lines, no shortages, no price increases. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
