It's been about 7 years since I had mine done. I agree that the recliner will be your best bet for some sleep. PT sucks real bad!! I will say that the pain does go away, I still do not feel that I have all of my strength back but I'm not as young as I used to be and I haven't really pushed myself. Sold my bow and got a crossbow so I could hunt bow season and I'm now so ready to go back to a regular bow
I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Some men are born brothers, Others earn it... JD

Sold my bow and got a crossbow so I could hunt bow season and I'm now so ready to go back to a regular bow That’s what has me really bothered right now. As I mentioned above my surgery and rehab couldn’t have gone any better but I’m definitely not as strong in that shoulder and I’ve finally started trying to shoot my bow and I flat out can’t do it anywhere close to the same poundage.

Free state hunter, who did yours? I’m having mine done in a couple weeks Dr. Jack Moore in Athens at Sportsmed and I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. I would love to pat myself on the back as if I did something to help the success of my ordeal but the truth is that I’ve never recovered from any surgery as fast as I did this one
