The poison travels through your bloodstream not on top of your skin. You just got to wait for it to run its course. drink a lot of water and beer. Sorry Skinny, this is incorrect. The reaction is to the urushiol oil which is just an irritant. Some people are more sensitive to it and your sensitivity can change over time. Like the OP stated, usually when it “spreads” , there is oil still on a item of clothing or something that comes into contact with the body.
