My oldest boy is 11 and growing like a weed. He’s ate up with the bow hunting bug so we’re looking for a very adjustable starter bow….Something he can grow with for the next several years. Willing to meet within a reasonable distance of the Huntsville area and pay a fair price (he’s in for half and I’m covering half).

I have an Xpedition Thresher X with 40-50# limbs that I'm about to list on archerytalk in the next few days. Thought I had it sold for $425, but the guy contacted me today and said he wasn't going to be able to come up with the money. It adjusts from 23 to 28" DL with a rotating module. Nothing else to buy to change the DL. I don't know if this would be too much bow for him or not, or not have enough adjustability. I would take $375.00 since I wouldn't have to ship it. But, I only have the bare bow, no accessories. I could text or email pics if interested.

If my bow is too much for him, there is a Diamond Infinite Edge Pro listed in the Women's and Children section on archerytalk that has tons of adjustability that would make a perfect beginner's bow. The picture of it shows a sight, rest , and quiver with it for $300. Says it has never been shot. In all honesty, this may be a better choice for him if you don't mind doing business with a stranger and have it shipped to you.

I have a quest G5 in immaculate condition I’ll sell for $250. Comes with everything you need except broad heads.even has a hard case.
