You can always check your antibody titers. If they are high and in the range of that produced by the vaccines then that’s good. Active immunity (from previous infection) in cases that I’m aware of though doesn’t seem to be holding as well as one would hope. Antibody titers in vaccinated individuals who have also previously had Covid are the highest of all groups though.


Do they ranks titer levels. My wife was told hers was extremely high yet another friend of hers works for another lab and says they don’t rank the levels.

Also with vaccinated and previous Covid positive people are getting sick. I know a large family and they’re finally recouping from their second go around after being fully vaccinated. These folks are very healthy and active. They all go to the gym and eat clean. I was surprised when my wife told me about some of them being so sick this time.


You can do a quantitative or qualitative antibody check. Yes you can have your total levels checked but we don’t routinely do antibody testing in the emergency department and our only test available is a mixed antibody test that gives you essentially a yes or no answer on whether someone has antibodies
