I only know of 2 people that have died with Covid but know a lot that have had it and moved on. I know of 1 that died after getting the shot. Can’t say if it had anything to do with his death or not.
Talking to family and friends, there haven’t been anywhere near the numbers of people that have died with it as there on here. That just seems strange to me.

I know 2, both with comorbidity problems.

I firmly believe that when I was born God already knew the exact date and time that I would leave this earth and it won’t happen 1 second sooner or 1 second later, regardless of COVID. I’m living my life.

Like I mentioned before, we have been playing that game in the Bham area for years. Hospitals on divert all the time. This has not been caused by Covid and I will argue that with anybody.

How does one know they have the Delta variant?
I have V1.0 of the covids. I had a fever one day, a headache the next, third day I lost sense of smell and taste.
Do I still have the antibodies? Should I donate/sell my blood if I do??
How long will I have the antibodies?
Is it true that most people that had covid, after they get the vaccine, have a harder time than those that never had the vaccine?
I'll take my chances on surviving Delta or the next variant they name it, without the vaccine.

I know of quite a few people that had covid and and very few that died with it, don't know of anyone that died from it and was 100% confirmed it was from it.

The rebellious, stubborn nature of the Southern rural male is beyond reasoning. And I don't mean this as rudely as it's going to come across, but most of these are people who's opinion I don't respect about most other important things in life. Almost without fail, if I have a buddy (either close personal buddy, or mostly it's Facebook friends) who spouts off "lower cognitive" understandings about most other areas of life, you can bet every dollar you've ever earned they're also super anti-vaccine. I have VERY few acquaintances who speak intelligently who are against the vaccine. The more "redneck" the person is, the more you certain you can be they're anti-vaccine. Seriously, those folks who have the least understanding, are the most vocal.

My Facebook is littered with folks who are begging for prayers for their family member who is dying in the hospital. It's so heavy out there, the hospitals are totally overwhelmed. There is absolutely no way every single one of you doesn't know multiple people who are sicker than expected, or vented in a hospital, or dying, yet the imbecilic rhetoric just grows louder and louder about the nefarious vaccine that the Communist government is forcing upon you. Look, Joe Biden if a forkin' idiot, the whole Democrat party are basically authoritarian, America-hating Marxists, but dammit guys, they're right about this vaccine!!!!!!

There's a part of me that understands....it's like, Good Lord, what do we have to say to make these rebellious asses take this serious??? They've asked, and begged, and persuaded, and asked again a million times, yet most of you fellas clinch your jaws and shake your fists at them. I've said it on here multiple times in recent weeks, God help you if you have to find out the hard way. I'm sincerely afraid many of you will. You're gonna go to the ER, but they already have 14 Covid patients in the ER for days waiting on Covid-floor rooms, several of whom are intubated already. It's too late!!!!! There is NO certaintly, you cannot know the severity of the case you contract.... I talked with one of the infectious disease doctors late last week (those numbers I just posted about the ER are what he told me), he said they have multiple patients who took the antibody infusion, took ivermectin, basically all this stuff that you anti-vaxxers are betting your life on, and still just over 96% of the Covid patients are unvaccinated. I don't know what else to tell y'all........

I don't know what to say about this? Thank the Lord above that I don't know anyone personally that is even hospitalized. Personally, I know of 1 person that has died of the covid (acquaintance or family). He was a farmer here close and it was a great loss. I just must not know anyone, cause i'm not in the category (again, thank you Lord) of knowing many that have had it, none that went on the vent and 1 that has died.

Well you would be wrong. As I stated above, I only know of 2 people that have died WITH Covid. One was a truck driver at my old company and the other the owner where my sister works, and I don’t “know” him.
I hope to keep it that way too.

I don't personally know a single person who has been hospitalized or died, not one and I know a lot of folks.

It’s all personal perspective.

I knew one of the first to die here in the Shoals. He worked with my wife and occasionally worked on our AC. Don died right after his father passed and then his brother passed away a few months later. My wife knew them and the rest of the family. There has been several more like my best friends father that died first of August. My wife had 4 funerals to attend that weekend due to Covid.

Ive known a few more elderly to pass in the past few weeks.

I don’t personally know anyone who has died from it, just a couple who have been hospitalized, and I know a lot of people. Most of them are intelligent enough to mind there own business.
I don’t ask people if they’re vaccinated or not. Oh, not a one of them are facebook friends, don’t do that shucks.
