Bobcats must be extremely difficult to mount, because I sure see some unrealistic looking ones. Then again, I had one done 10 years ago and it took 2 years to get it back--it's honestly one of the best I've ever seen.

The face is off. The ears look too far back to me. Like the forehead is stretched.

There was a mount on here about 6 months ago that was absolutely awful. We talked about that for weeks. That was the worst I have ever laid eyes on.

Never seen one I thought was outstanding. Must be very hard to get right. Ive never even seen one I would consider decent.

The head dont match the cat, looks like two grafted animals. I got several cats and if one of mine looked like that I would take him to get wormed or put down.

The cat in the second pic looks real good. Has a look on his face like he wants to kill something. The cat in the first pic looks like he wants to come hump your leg. The way he is positioned on the limb with his paw propped up reminds of having your picture taken by a pro photographer. Put your hand here and other hand here, tilt your head to the left and back. Nothing natural about it.

I've never mounted a bobcat but I imagine it would be a pretty painful experience.

The best one I ever saw was a bobcat and pheasant mount. It was a pedistal type deal with the cock pheasant coming up out of corn stalks with the bobcat jumping up for him. Saw another one like that with a drake woodduck and cattails. Both looked great. Sorry no pictures.

The first thing I thought when I saw the first pic was "Sufferin Succotash!"
