If you are one the folks in that believes the .243 caliber is more than adequate to kill pine goats, then this is the thread for you. Post up the kills, pics, info and relevant information, caliber, bullet, muzzle velocity, shot distance, shot location, bullet exit, blood trail, distance traveled, etc. I’ll start if off- -105# doe, 6mm creedmoor, 100 Sierra Gamechanger, 3100 fps, 45 yards, rear double lung, quarter size exit, good blood trail, ran 50 across open field. -120# doe, 6mm creedmoor, 100 Sierra Gamechanger, 3100 fps, 150 yards, double lung, 1.5” exit, great blood trail, ran 40 yards ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/T1i7XbI.jpg)

My daughter got her one with a 243 with the dreaded 100 gr core locts last Sunday. Shot was high and back deer went 50 yds and she gone.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!
