I go 3 1/2. Little brisket, some belly, back end ok but front not terribly developed.Age is great but I use a more general rule, especially when telling guests what we shoot here. Since everybody in Bama watches football I tell them if the buck physically resembles a high school football player don’t shoot it. If it looks like ur typical college player don’t shoot it. If it looks like an nfl linebacker shoot it regardless of what’s on its head.
