The quick back story, we are a long term club that we have always had the members children become a paying member when they graduate high school which we have never had an issue with, it seems like this next generation is opposed to this. I am pro youth and want them involved but not at no charge they just don't seem to understand that the added expense needs to be supported.


Non-paying children should not be allowed on the club without the paying parent. Otherwise, you really do have two full-fledged members for the price of one. No way. Not in any club I run. They'd have to change that way of thinking or find another place to hunt. What you are describing will cause major problems and member issues in the long run.
