I'm guessing these had different meanings for you as well as they did for me? Never heard them in connection with hunting before.
Ha! No kidding. Heard those on one of those monster buck shows several years ago. I don’t reckon the terminology took hold in the hunting vernacular. I wonder why…🤦🏼♂️
But if I remember correctly they refer to a muzzleloader and an arrow, respectively in a hunting context.
