Yup. And they're definitely buying up real estate in Bama like crazy right now, they're paying above market prices while most are making offers they offering substantial more. Check this out turkey, Talked with a friend of mine about Northerners scooping waterfront property, and you know what the first thing the majority of them ask him is? It's how can we STOP folks from fishing around our piers, docks and hell just in front of their places lmao 🤣
I used to manage timberland around Smith Lake. Definitely familiar with those type folks.
