Just give up the leases and let those WMA’s go back to private ownership to lease out? Just declare both of those counties have no seasons and all deer are to be shot on sight? Really don’t get the rationale behind killing off the herd (you won’t kill them all) in hopes a disease doesn’t spread which may possibly (seems to have left a few animals in the states it’s already been) kill off the herd.
