I live here. They can all kiss my ass. Another reason not trust our government. 2232 deer killed in Lauderdale county so far an 1 tested positive. bulldoodoo . Now they want u shoot everything . Very few people i know even checks them in. Only people do so they can take to processer. The management area is useless already to locals because they been shooting everything for years anyway. Last couple years been bucks only. Might got better in future but not now. 90% of private land is leased an is managed for big bucks. No lease holder is gonna start shooting every deer they got. How stupid do they think we are. Like someone said this disease can t be passed to humans or other animals. We have 3200 acres an hundreds of deer an nothing changes for us. Ruts over here anyway.

If we let it fly here, it will happen across the rest of the state. State regulation has no bounds. This idiotic reaction will have them blasting away deer in every other county too.

We have been asked to submit deer heads for samples by timber company. Chance for $500. I'm in for that.
