You may get some good weather too, even that far south.
Good luck, maybe you can kill a big Sambar. That would be a once in a lifetime trophy. My parents had a house down there for about 7 years and believe it or not I actually saw a few really good whitetail on the mainland late at night riding around.
I wish we were hunting Sambar, but we haven’t been able to draw a tag for them yet. We’re going on the whitetail hunts to gain intel for when we eventually do draw a Sambar tag.
