Are y'all allowed to hunt all game....?? Is your group the only one there...?? Just deer, hogs, and raccoons. There’s probably 25-30 people in our camp. The other camp at the far end of the island is 9 miles away and I’m not sure how many are in it. Probably a good bit less though because it’s a haul to get to that camp by boat.

Does the island have Keys deer......?? Sambar are big deer 300lbs. Couple of google photos of Sambar Deer from the island. Never heard of those. Amazing the can hide on such a small island

What do the deer feed on Coosa? I've seen cows eat palmettos but not deer. That island is nothing but pine trees, palmettos, water moccasins and rattle snakes.

What do the deer feed on Coosa? I've seen cows eat palmettos but not deer. That island is nothing but pine trees, palmettos, water moccasins and rattle snakes. So far I’ve found a good bit of acorns on the scrub oaks, huckleberries, and some weeds that they seem to browse on.
