870 supermag with the shur-shot stock. It was truly painful with 3 or 3 1/2 shells. 835 and Nova were really heavy recoil but not painful.

I was a fast learner. One time and I figured out to move my thumb.


This is the result of the buttstock of a 870 HD meeting the “booger hill” of a well deserving low life. . Best I recall, it resulted in a lot of paperwork.
