In alabama they can fire you for what ever reason they want to make up to get the result they want.

Isn't that true in any state? Who would stop "they" other states? I agree an empolyer can fire an employee for any reason at all , but that doesn't mean the employee has no recourse at all.in some cases.

Sounds like I need to fire myself along with a few guys that are million dollar sales people that bust their ass,along with several cashiers that will work circles around most on here. We may be overweight, but we get the job done a hell of a lot better than some skinny people.
