I have got many processed over the years and prices have continued to climb. I dropped the last one off at the place in pelham, it was my first time using them. Deer was 140# gutted with the hide still on when I dropped it off. They called and it’s ready, When I called back I scheduled a pick up and asked the total. It was shocking what they said I owed. I always get them processed the same every time, I didn’t do anything special, whole tenderloins, cube steaks and fat added to the ground. I did get 20$ worth of jerky, but the price she quoted me was 195. Grand total of 230$ if you include the deposit. The price Just seemed mighty high to me. I don’t think I have ever paid more than 125$ to have one processed exactly the same. If you don’t mind sharing what was your total and did you feel as if it was reasonable?
I Well, the way I see it is there's just too many assholes On a good day there's a bunch of assholes in here. On a bad day there's too many assholes in here.

I've noticed that a lot have gone to a per pound prices vs when they used to do it by small deer & large deer.

I use them exclusively and they do a great job. I drop off deboned meat from a #130 buck and got a lot of tenderized steaks and jalapeno bacon burger and it was about $130. They should have given you a detailed printout when you dropped it off showing your deposit and the total cost.
If at first you don't succeed, keep on suckin till you do succeed.

If you don’t mind sharing what was your total and did you feel as if it was reasonable? Same experience I just had last weekend. Similar size buck. Cube steak, whole loins, bacon burger, and 5# of snack sticks. $205 plus the deposit. I screwed up and picked it up Saturday while I was dropping off a 118# doe, and didn’t get the total until afterwards. Won’t be going back there. It’s ridiculous.

That’s ridiculous, I’ve only used them for snack sticks and the meat was already deboned, I think it was 6 or 8 dollars a pound but just cubed and ground should not cost that much. I’m glad I do my own

Mine charges me $110
Roast, cubed or whole tenderloin, 2 bags of jerky, 1 stick of summer sausage, stew meat and grind what's left mixed with beef fat. I drop them off as they roam the 🌎 whole, not even gutted.

A friend of mine had two deer ( - backstraps ) made into snack sticks $890, screw that.
It takes a long time to grow an old friend.
