held a front shoulder from the grinder. cleaned the fat and silver skin from it. seasoned well and into a roasting pan with a can of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, small red wine and a couple teaspoons of roasted beef base. low and slow in 250 degree oven for 8 hours, covered. fork tender. fall off the bone tender. served with homemade mashed potatoes made with cream and butter. canned green beans and yeast roll finished the plate.
