Aftco reaper hoodie is by far the best best of cold weather hunting/fishing gear I've ever owned. The gaiter is built into the neck and the heat will not escape even if you have it off of your face. The hood part sinches down tight and you can run 70mph down the river or sit in 15 mph winds and you'll be fine. One of the biggest pluses for it is you can lose it because it's attached
