Deer on my place have been done rutting for a few weeks now. So I’m done hunting them. Don’t really want to fool around with them. Time to shift gears to turkeys anyway!

I've got access to 3 niced size private farms and 1 smaller one around 100 acres. The landowners were very nice.

It's not bad at all.

They ain't been out this week. First sign of any precipitation, and they go into hiding pretty quickly. I'm not sure why because just about every one of them shows up with $1500 worth of saddle and sitka, then climb 16ft up a tree 25 yards off the road.

One did, the other 2 I leased, and yes they had hunters, but they werent contractually obligated to them, but to keep from being a jackazz, I told them they could hunt until Feb. 10, then all equipment had to be removed. And that YOU told the current lease holders who had already paid that YOU were going to let them still hunt THEIR lease but all their stuff had to be gone immediately after the season?

And your have no idea about leases obviously. Land up here leases for $15 plus an acres. so if you got 400 acres you would have to write a check for a minimum of $6000.

You cannot even find land in North Alabama. Go look in the hunting club and land lease forum. People are dying to lease land up here and cant ever find any.

It don't take much to make that lease invalid if there ain't any papers signed. I get it, you don't like people that are capable of doing things such as this.
