Anyone that says we need to wait and see if the sanctions are working..... That's all you need to know. They won't do chit and everyone already knows it.
They got everyone tuned into the dog and pony show. They are pissing down your back and telling you it's raining. We are being lied to.
The other thing that is obvious is that the Russians have already stockpiled all the cash and materials they need to handle sanctions. They knew this was going to happen well ahead of time.
