49er, are you taking the position that hunters have a constitutional right to use dogs to hunt deer?

If so, I wonder where you find that? AL constitution or US?

Dog hunting has about died out in my area, even though its still legal. The paper companies control most of the land, and they have outlawed it in their leases. I never thought it should be legal for somebody to send their dogs across my land, and do it day after day. A guy from PA told me that hunters were expected to shoot any dogs chasing deer up there; it simply wasn't tolerated. So which state was unconstitutional? AL in allowing dog hunting, or PA in making dogs chasing deer legal game? Or do you find this "right" in the AL constitution?

Not trying to cause trouble here, just asking. smile
