This one deserves a reply of it's own: preacher, Every law and ever dcnr reg is constitutional until a court rules it unconstitutional. Do you actually believe that a law is constitutional by default? Suppose our president, courts and Congress declared that the Baptist Church could be regulated (taxed) because it is a part of interstate commerce. He decides to penalize the Baptist Church with a penalty tax if it opposes a national program to provide abortions on demand under his health care program by prohibiting members of the Baptist Church from participating and contributing. Is that constitutional by default, preacher?
