Yep. I get up at 5am, at work by 7am after a 45 minute drive. Usually leave the office by 4:30pm then another 45 minute to an hour drive home. So home by 5:15-5:30. Feed calves, other farm chores, eat supper, it's 6:30ish. On DST it's dark about 8:30 mid summer, that's two hours to work in the garden, mow the grass, throw ball with the youngin, go fishing in the pond, etc. On Standard time I would have an hour, can't get much done before dark like that. I don't give two chits for it getting daylight at 4:15 am in the dead of summer either, I ain't up at that time and don't wanna be. That's just a waste of daylight.
