You can see when her hair grows out a bit that she has a very mild case, and if her hair was longer, they probably wouldn't be noticed at all. Also, she is the perfect example of you can't make a ho a housewife. Not sure how any man could be OK with his wife sleeping around, but get mad about something like the joke. These factors are why I believe that this was staged.
