The problem is that Game Check is not random sampling. The Hunter Survey that was used for about 50 years was random sampling, and I thought it provided good enough info for setting seasons and limits. GC needs for everyone to participate for it to be accurate, and nobody has a clue as to what % of hunters actually use it.

Is it 30%, 50%, 70%? Nobody has a clue because there is no scientifically valid way to measure any illegal activity. We have gone from a system that worked to one that can never work. I would think the people in charge knew this would happen, so the real purpose of GC must be about enforcement, not measurements.
