Scheffler is gonna win a bunch of tournaments. I was glad to see Rory get off the mat and battle.
And let me just say this last thing about Tiger, he seems genuinely more humble than he’s ever been so I’m hoping one day I can actually pull for him.

It’s a lot easier to do that when you aren’t truly in contention. Rory has several good backdoor finished at the masters but can’t pull through when in the thick of it on Sunday.

My daughter was invited to cook and serve at the Masters this year. She is working in the Rolex suite. Wednesday she is preparing and serving when “an old guy “ comes in. She says that she knew that he was important because when he stepped into the room everybody shut up. After a few minutes he and his wife came over to her and began to talk with her, she took his food order and prepared the meal. I asked, well who was it? She replied his name tag said jack Nicklaus. I thought that was pretty cool

Great ambassador for the sport She’s been there 10 days, they had her scheduled to work 150 hours. She’s not allowed to bring her cell phone or ask for autographs. She’s been exhausted when she gets off so I am anxious to get to talk with her.

That’s true, it’s easy to take big chances when you don’t have much to lose. It's even easier to quit when you are not in contention You don't shoot 64 at Augusta by "taking big chances"
