2. Rush R40 in N.O. Saw them many many times before that but the R40 final tour was by far the best.

There were many other big name concerts (AC/DC, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Kiss, etc) but they are not in the same class as those two.

Yeah I was glad to have seen Van Halen back in the David Lee Roth days as well. And I actually liked Sammy Hagar as a solo artist but it was just not the same band with him as the front man. I still remember being in awe of Eddie Van Halen at that concert. Some performers can sound good in the studio but can't duplicate it live on stage but that wasn't Eddie. He was amazing live.
