If I had your luck on afternoon hunts, I wouldn’t either Lol I’ve been after them hard going in the mornings before work and some days after work. I had to rest a little bit this morning to get ready to chase em this weekend.

Different listening spot this morning. Same silence. Got in good and early and nothing. Think I'm bout done with this area. I've had one actual hunt this year when usually I'd have been in the game a handful of times already in years past. Areas with traditional turkey sign and populations devoid of gobbles and tracks. Hope we can figure out what's going on population wise bc I can see it clearly on this place, where the hell are the birds I feel your pain and don’t know the answer
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

had a hawk think i was his perch this am during grey light - scared the HELL out of me when he swooped in & nearly landed on my head ... was wide awake after that ...
