Call me crazy but I have been thinking about drilling an ag well in my big field even though I have no plans for ever irrigating it. That way I would be grandfathered if they started piling on restrictions for individual wells or start flat out banning new ones.
That’s not crazy.
In more states than folks might realize, rainwater harvesting is illegal.
