Saw a game feeder outside of Buc-ee’s. Anyone have any experience with them?

Got one sitting in an area right now that I had my nephew pick up for me a few weeks ago. Haven’t put corn in it and got it going yet but I expect it to be good.

I will say I have not used one. I also recognize all of the hype all that place. That being said, I have never bought anything there that isn't top notch. My wife uses their tumbler for coffee and says it keeps it warm longer than a Yeti. The water bottles are awesome. The bathroom REALLY is that clean. My Buc-ees pajama pants are my favorite. Their salsa is the best off the shelf stuff you can buy.
For all of the hype, I really do think they are serious about only selling quality products

Don't own one and don't know anyone who does.

But, I've seen them there before and they look very well built, and when I saw them, they were priced fairly.

I sometimes visit texasbowhunter.com. I've read several positive reviews over there about Buc-ee's feeders. If any group would know about feeders and Buc-ee's it would be them.

I’ve been researching them online trying to figure out differences between them and All Seasons. There are a lot of comments online about them if you search “ Bucees deer feeders”. Some like them others not so much. There was a complaint that dumped hundreds of pounds of corn out at one time while many liked them. You might want to look at those comments for additional information.

Last time I looked, they were 600#, and were $399. All metal, look very well built.

Supposedly made for them by All-Seasons. All Seasons has one on their website that is a carbon copy...but $100 more than Buc ee's.

The 2 you sold, any issues? What made you sell them?

I think the difference is that All Seasons comes with a battery and solar panel, and the Buc-ees unit doesn't. That's about $100 worth of hardware.

Solar panel will make your battery last seemingly forever. Mine has been running almost 4 years on the original, twice a day, 365 days a year.

Buc ee's feeders absolutely have the solar panel.

I stand corrected on the solar panel.

Frame on my All Seasons looks to be heavier, though.

I have looked at these. There seem to be pretty good. I have 4 55 gallon drum feeders. They have worked flawlessly for years. I wanted to switch to a lower option. I’m tired of lifting 50lb sacks up in the air. Just can’t justify swinging 2k to replace something I have that works just fine. In the event I have to replace a feeder, I think this will be the route I go.

Talked to a friend yesterday about these feeders that hunts in TX. Said they are great feeders but, if you have hogs, they will get trashed unless you put them behind a fence/pen they can’t get into.
