Some of that Little River SOA was part of Long Hollow HC back in the 80's. There were some really decent bucks that came out of that area back in the day. A lot of it was pretty tough terrain, though...especially when you started breaking off the hill going down toward the river.

I rode through there on Presswood Bridge Rd last summer. First time I'd been down PBR in well over 30 years.

Deer or not big racked no more ,we hunt disability land 1 decent big body 8 pt killed 2015 since then on average small 4pts a couple 6pts killed. Deer sighting last two years maybe 1 to 3 a year. Deer went to areas where corn feed they want feed in plots during hunting times and very few tracks.they went to bigger tracks of land to the south were owners feed year around. Only reason I hunt where I do,no choice to income. I have family who lives close to soa area they use to see 15to 20 every evening in fields by soa area,they have very few Deer sightings. The people who hunted it killed everything that walked . 5 years shut up where they can increase in numbers would make a great place.
